About the role

The Warehouseman is responsible for the proper receiving, checking, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and releasing of company materials, products, equipment, and supplies. The position ensures that inventory is properly recorded, stored securely, and readily available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify items against delivery receipts, purchase orders, or other documents
• Check quantity, condition, specifications, and completeness of received items
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately
• Properly store materials and products in designated areas
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of stocks
• Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records of stocks received, issued, transferred, and returned
• Prepare and release materials based on approved requests
• Pick items according to approved requests or orders

About you

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage
• Preferably with warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials safely
