Job summary

Private Advertiser in Philippines seeks an Order Processing/Warehouse Assistant to handle ecommerce orders, print invoices and receipts, and ensure proper documentation before delivery.

The role requires 3–6 months of related experience, warehousing knowledge is advantageous, and the candidate must be able to work on-site in Vancouver Cubao, Quezon City with an ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders from an ecommerce account.
• Print invoices, delivery receipts, and attachments; ensure documents are complete before delivery.
• Ensure items are complete and checked before release to rider or pickup.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during order processing.
• Maintain organized records of all orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve order processing efficiency.
