Job summary

Cainiao Group in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee daily inbound and outbound exception management, weekly cycle counts, returns processing, and on-site delivery assurance. The role requires on-site presence and close coordination with local teams to ensure SLA adherence and accurate inventory control.

The candidate should have strong English skills, experience with WMS and MS Office, and the ability to work independently while reporting to remote stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Filipino/Tagalog required.
• Familiar with WMS, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
• Experience in exception handling, cycle counting, and returns processing.
• Able to work independently and report to remote stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inbound/Outbound Exception Management including real-time monitoring and documenting exceptions with photos.
• Weekly Cycle Count for priority SKUs and high-risk locations with variance investigation and reporting.
• Returns Classification & Same-Day Processing including supervising returns, sorting sellables, and tagging defectives.
• On-site Delivery Assurance & Rapid Response to meet SLA, support during peak periods, and assist with certification and labeling activities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Daily Inbound/Outbound Exception Management (30%)
  • Monitor inbound and outbound operations in real-time
  • Outbound exceptions: wrong pick, short pick, over pick, wrong SKU, missed scan
  • Cancelled orders: reconcile deducted inventory, return滞留 stock to available
  • Document exceptions with photos and email notifications
  • Drive same-day resolution; escalated unresolved issues to Regional Operations Manager
  • Coordinate with 3PL on-site team for corrective actions
• Weekly Cycle Count (20%)
  • Organize and execute weekly cycle counts for priority SKUs and high-risk locations
  • Investigate variances: review transaction history, verify documents vs. physical, check CCTV
  • Generate cycle count reports; track discrepancy resolution
• Returns Classification & Same-Day Processing (25%)
  • Supervise returns receiving, counting, and classification
  • Return sellable items to bulk storage locations
  • Move defective items to RMA area
  • Ensure all returns are processed within the same day
• On-site Delivery Assurance & Rapid Response (25%)
  • Ensure orders meet SLA for outbound and pickup timelines
  • On-site presence during peak seasons and promotional periods
  • Support local compliance: accompany certification officers, verify product batches, supervise labeling
  • Handle urgent issues on-site and sync with Regional team

Requirements
