Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Specialist to bridge Operations, IT and Commercial teams. You will lead systems analysis, network configuration, and master data governance to strengthen operational stability and improve customer experience.

You’ll drive UAT, production readiness, and change management while coordinating with external providers to deliver scalable solutions across express and e-commerce logistics flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, IT, Logistics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Logistics Operations or related system roles.
• Experience with Express and E-Commerce logistics operations and multi-echelon networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis and design to align logistics systems with business needs.
• Configure and maintain logistics network settings, routing, hubs, and shipment milestones.
• Govern master data and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Lead UAT, production readiness, and change management for system enhancements.
• Provide incident resolution and continuous improvement for system stability.
