Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking a Crossdock Supervisor in Carmona, Cavite to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure adherence to plans and targets.

You will schedule warehouse personnel, monitor KPI performance, manage receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and safe operation of equipment. The role requires collaboration with Finance and Inventory teams, and a strong background in warehousing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience with warehousing and logistics background.
• Familiar with MHE operation and maintenance.
• Proficient in using system applications.
• Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to meet plans and targets.
• Schedule staff per shift to ensure proper staffing for receiving and dispatch.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive improvements.
• Direct activities: dispatching, receiving, replenishment, inventory control.
• Maintain safety and Good Warehousing Practices; enforce rules.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment and preventive programs.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped by cut-off times.
• Prepare weekly accruals and monthly billings; support Finance.
• Assist Inventory Team with cycle counts.
• Respond to department queries.
