Job summary

Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, lead 10–30 associates, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, transportation, and customer service teams.

You will oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity. FMCG experience is preferred and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
FMCG experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
Oversee warehouse associates; provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action.
Assign workloads and tasks based on shift priorities and staff skill levels.
Monitor throughput, quality, and productivity; address performance gaps.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance investigations.
Manage inbound receiving: verify shipments, inspect for damage, log receipts, resolve discrepancies.
Direct outbound order fulfillment: verify accuracy, packing, labeling, and carrier compliance.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct safety briefings and audits.
Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, dock-to-stock, and shrink.
Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, WMS/ERP usage, incident reporting
