Job summary

Quanta Paper Corporation seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will maintain inventory accuracy, supervise staff, and coordinate logistics to meet customer requirements.

You will lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, implement 5S and safety procedures, and prepare performance reports while collaborating with sales and logistics teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and company branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement warehouse safety procedures, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory concerns.
• Knowledge of SAP, OTIF, inventory management and reportings, Microsoft Office, and warehouse best practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
