• Supervise daily warehouse activities and team performance.
• Strict monitoring of inbound receiving including QA inspection.
• Oversee outbound preparation including picking and packing.
• Ensure proper handling and storage according to safety standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate warehouse records.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to prevent errors.
• Enforce warehouse rules and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics.
• Prepare daily warehouse reports and inventory updates.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure efficiency.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and team performance
• Strict monitoring of inbound receiving: quantity checking, QA inspection, expiry and batch validation, and documentation
• Oversee outbound preparation: picking, checking, packing, and final release/loading
• Ensure proper handling and storage according to FIFO and safety standards
• Maintain complete and accurate warehouse records (logs, DRs, discrepancy reports, damage reports)
• Conduct quality assurance checks to prevent errors, damages, and wrong deliveries
• Enforce warehouse rules, cleanliness, safety, and compliance procedures
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other departments
• Prepare daily warehouse reports and inventory updates
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and discipline
