Qualifications

• Min 10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally with ecommerce or technology firms.
• Graduate in any discipline; logistics/supply chain management preferred.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, 5S, ASCM CLTD and KnoWerX CWMP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Control inventory with regular cycle counts and audits to maintain zero variance.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse staff to meet productivity and service goals.
• Develop and manage budgets for Capex and operating expenses; monitor costs against plan.
