Qualifications

• 5+ years as Warehouse or Logistics Manager in a small to large company.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in data handling, spreadsheet tools, and presentation software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with business goals.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration and improvement.
• Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
• Identify and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Implement inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor progress toward goals.
• Stay updated on operations, products, and procedures within the division.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse needs and operations.
• Identify and resolve issues arising in warehouse operations.
• Provide recommendations to management to enhance workflows and systems.
• Maintain inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at optimal costs.
• Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy and safety stock levels.
