JD for Warehouse Role Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Responsible for Efficient inventory management through regular cycle and physical stock audit and maintaining zero variance.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods.
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
Responsible for warehouse Operation cost vs Budget Cost, make warehouse budget for Capex and Operation expenses.
Min 10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally with an e-commerce or Technology company with some data analytics experience.
Graduate in any discipline with Management Graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
Prior experience of setting up warehouses is desirable.
Six Sigma Green Belt , 5S *ASCM CLTD & KnoWerX PGP CWMP (Certified Warehouse Management Professional)* will also be beneficial.
Not mandatory requirement of company but having these certifications will provide knowledge giving an edge over others.
