Job summary

Namnama Warehouse & Logistics Corporation in Cavite is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure accurate inventory control.

You will coordinate shift schedules, onboard new hires on safety and SOPs, and drive performance to meet targets while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and onboard staff on safety and SOPs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift schedules and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Onboard new hires on safety, equipment, and SOPs.
• Monitor team productivity and coach staff to meet daily output goals.
• Oversee the smooth flow of goods from inbound to outbound.
• Lead regular inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout to maximize storage and efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
