Job summary

Cainiao Group in the Philippines seeks an operations leader to oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound processing, sorting, packing, and inventory counting, while allocating manpower and equipment to hit KPI targets. The role requires strong SOP governance, process improvement to reduce errors and damage, and hands-on leadership to train frontline staff.

You will manage safety, 5S, and coordinate with HQ, carriers, and local teams.

Qualifications

• College degree in Logistics Management or related field; 3–5 years in e-commerce/3PL warehouse mgmt; 1–2 years in team leadership.
• Fluent in English; basic Chinese preferred.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office; Excel for data analysis.
• Familiar with e-commerce warehouse inbound/outbound logic and inventory control methods.
• Strong on-site control, stress management, and ability to motivate frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processing, sorting, packing, and inventory counting. Allocate manpower and equipment resources to meet KPI targets for order processing timeliness and accuracy.
• Process Execution & Optimization: Monitor SOPs and identify operational gaps; propose improvements to reduce errors and damage and improve turnover efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage daily operations, performance assessments, and training for frontline operators and team leaders; foster a positive work environment.
• Inventory Control & Safety: Lead periodic inventory counts; enforce 5S and safety standards; conduct hazard inspections.
• Exception Handling & Coordination: Respond to on-site emergencies; coordinate with headquarters, logistics carriers, and local departments to ensure smooth operations.
