Qualifications

• Must have 4-year related course.
• Must have at least three years’ experience in warehouse or facilities management, preferably with palletized goods or chemicals.
• Must be knowledgeable in safety and quality management.
• Must have excellent analytical and written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic processes for safekeeping, issuing, releasing, receiving and monitoring warehouse documents and materials.
• Ensure prompt return of delivery receipts and proper serial-number documentation.
• Uphold safety and security standards for facility, goods, and personnel.
• Plan stock layout design to ensure safety, durability, and accessibility.
• Develop processes to check inventory accuracy against counts and system records.
• Forecast and adjust stock levels based on demand or real-time movements.
• Prepare or cancel purchase orders as needed.
• Perform quality checks on products and process returns promptly.
• Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate actions with the head.
• Monitor variances and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Handle product conversions as required.
• Track project requirements and respond within time constraints.
• Coordinate supplier selection and secure best deals for approval.
