Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services seeks a capable supply chain professional to support customer operations in Metro Manila. You will work with sales, marketing, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate warehousing, and proper documentation.

The role covers inventory analysis, warehousing and asset management, logistics, field work, warranty processing, and strong customer service, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to ensure customer operations are executed without fail.
• Support inventory management and analysis to optimize stock levels.
• Assist warehousing and asset management, including tools and resources.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and release processes.
• Coordinate logistics and perform field work as needed.
• Process warranty claims and warranties.
• Provide reliable customer service and act as a liaison with other departments.
