Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage manpower, consumables, equipment, and continuity across shifts. You will coordinate with HQ, site managers, and vendors to ensure productivity and uninterrupted warehouse functions.

The role requires strong planning, data accuracy, and on-site leadership to cover the Warehouse Manager during absences and to act as on-floor executor during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Warehouse Manager during absences — assume full floor management responsibilities across all warehouse functions
• Deputize on-floor execution as needed to ensure operational continuity across shifts and during peak periods
• Serve as the succession candidate for the WHM role; maintain working knowledge of all warehouse functions
• Serve as the single named onsite point of contact for OPEX / Manpower, VMP, Corporate IT, and Expansion for all resource-related matters at the site
