Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee the inventory process and drive KPI targets within the warehouse network. You will manage schedules, staffing, and develop team capabilities to meet current and future challenges.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock through counts and data systems, supervising replenishment and rack transfers, reporting to the Warehouse Lead, and ensuring transfers are processed promptly on arrival.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics and warehousing.
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has supervisory experience, for direct and agency staff.
• Keen on details with a background in process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications.
• Ability to read, understand and report data.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
• Amenable to be assigned in Calamba Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory process and KPI targets; manage team members.
• Schedule and attendance management for department staff.
• Ensure division is staffed with skilled personnel for current and future needs.
• Maintain SOPs to drive productivity and optimize warehouse space.
• Supervise inventory levels via physical counts and data systems.
• Oversee replenishment and rack transfers; manage aging stock.
• Notify other departments of non-conformance or shortages/overages.
• Process transfers promptly upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for performance reporting.
