Job summary

Shopee Philippines is looking for a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Bulacan distribution center. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, drive data-driven decisions, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate inbound, inventory, and outbound processes, while developing staff to handle evolving challenges and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years total experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong leadership with analytical data assessment to draw conclusions.
• Solid knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management through analytics and market understanding.
• Manage analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, and feasibility.
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people and prepared for future challenges.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on warehouse metrics, shrinkage, stock movement, and costs.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
