Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff, optimize inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires coordinating briefings, planning with team leaders, and managing counts and shrinkage while maintaining processes and cross-department communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coach and develop team members at Alfamart’s Lagundi, Pampanga

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
• In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
• Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Brief warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.
• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
• Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
• Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
• Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
• Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
• Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities.
