• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, or Business Management.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned to Alfamart Distribution Center, Daiichi Industrial Park Special Economic zone, Block 3, Lot 2, Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting all breakages and spills.
• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.
