Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience in FMCG or retail distribution.
• Experience managing large teams (200+ personnel).
• End-to-end warehouse operations experience from inbound to dispatch.
• Familiar with WMS and data-driven reporting.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and process improvement.
• Ability to optimize layout and space utilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, dispatch).
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and operational discipline for a large team.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
• Lead safety compliance and audit-ready warehouse operations.
• Implement process improvements and data-driven reporting for performance gains.
