Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduates and College Graduates are welcome.
• With at least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other warehouse-related databases, systems, or applications is an advantage.
• With good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies incoming stocks, deliveries, and related warehouse transactions.
• Prepares, processes, and validates invoices and other billing-related documents.
• Maintains, organizes, verifies, and files warehouse records and operational documents.
• Processes and coordinates orders to ensure accurate and timely picking, processing, and dispatch.
• Coordinates daily operations, monitors workflow, and provides guidance to team members to ensure smooth warehouse activities.
