Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Operations Logistics Supervisor to oversee end-to-end logistics, warehouse and printing coordination, data and budget support, and cross-department collaboration within the operations team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field, at least 5 years in logistics, strong organizational and Excel skills, and willingness to relocate from Quezon City to Silang, Cavite by next year.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fulfillment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of data privacy or secure test administration is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Quezon City and relocate to Silang, Cavite by next year.
