You will coordinate with sales agents on deliveries and order pull-outs, helping maintain accurate inventory and timelines. The role requires leadership, logistics experience, and a solid background in ICT/WHSE management with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a four-year technical course.
• At least 3 years of logistics experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• ICT and WHSE Management System background.
• Project management skills demonstrated.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all personnel working in the warehouse and delegate their responsibilities.
• Oversee delivery activities of the department.
• Provide updates regarding the status of stocks.
• Coordinate with sales agents within the area about deliveries, pull-out of orders, book requests, solicitations, evaluation copies, and other concerns.
• Perform other tasks that might be handed out or assigned by the general manager.
