Job summary

A logistics and shipping company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to handle customer inquiries and manage orders effectively. Job Responsibilities:

• Handles customer inquiries and processes orders via phone and email, providing updates on inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules

• Prepares, verifies, and maintains shipping, invoicing, and system documentation
