Job summary

Konnet International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate – B2C Operations for on-site work in Taguig. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure timely receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and outbound dispatch.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, B2C PICs, customer service, and logistics partners to meet service levels and resolve issues. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with 2 years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily B2C order fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed within SLAs.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and B2C PICs to manage workload and priorities.
• Oversee inbound receiving and ensure each delivery is documented with inbound receipts.
• Track outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch and accurate inventory updates.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and KPIs.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with safety policies.
