Triton Industrial Plastic Mfg is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize layout, and drive FIFO/FEFO inventory practices in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations, supervise staff, and implement Lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the plastic injection molding industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of production planning and material requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material flow.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and production planning.
• Minimize inventory losses, damage, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to the production department.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Oversee receiving inspections and documentation.
• Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Supervise warehouse supervisor, team leaders, and warehouse personnel.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor employee performance.
• Conduct training on warehouse procedures, safety, and inventory management.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions using 7S principles.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Investigate warehouse incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other applicable management systems.
• Develop and implement warehouse KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Report inventory accuracy, stock movements, warehouse utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze warehouse performance and recommend improvements.
