We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and support efficient order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic physical inventory.
Monitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer orders and business requirements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of specialty chemicals and raw materials in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and product specifications.
Coordinate closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and on-time processing.
Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and work instructions to improve operational efficiency and inventory control.
Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with occupational safety and housekeeping requirements.
Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare warehouse operational reports, inventory status reports, and performance metrics for Management.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment, facilities, and company assets.
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize warehouse space, workflow, and operational costs.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and inventory traceability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Experience handling specialty chemicals, raw materials, or FMCG products is an advantage.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
