Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and storage to maximise space.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain equipment and plan maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join AAL Milktea Supplies in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and the coordination of storage and distribution activities. This role is integral to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate records

• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems to optimise space utilisation

• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery

• Maintain warehouse equipment and machinery, arranging maintenance and repairs as needed

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

• Analyse warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Manage warehouse budgets and control operational costs

• Liaise with suppliers, customers and other departments to resolve issues and optimise operations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within the logistics and distribution sector

• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and leading teams effectively

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff

• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements

• Ability to analyse data and implement process improvements

• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties and work on your feet for extended periods

• Knowledge of food and beverage supply chains or warehouse operations is advantageous

• Certification in warehouse management or logistics is preferred but not essential
