Job summary

AAL Milktea Supplies in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager. This full-time role oversees all warehouse operations, staff supervision, and the coordination of storage and distribution activities to support our supply chain and customer service objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in warehouse management, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS and inventory software.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
Optimize warehouse layouts and storage to maximise space.
Coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintain equipment and plan maintenance and repairs as needed.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyse performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage budgets and control operational costs.
Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
