The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead the development and future improvement of Human Nature's warehousing and transport operations. While ensuring overall operational performance across the company's warehouse sites, the role's primary focus is to identify opportunities and lead projects that improve efficiency, cost, service levels, transport performance, warehouse design, packaging, technology, and processes in preparation for future growth.
This role will direct, manage, and oversee efficient warehousing and transport operations across our three key sites: the e-commerce warehouse in Quezon City and 2 Plant in Canlubang, Laguna. The role will also include overseeing the company’s overall distribution network.
You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 staff for those 3 sites, ensuring that productivity, process optimization, and operational targets are consistently met while safeguarding the work-life balance of our employees.
The role involves handling a diverse range of goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods ranging from small e-commerce orders to large bulk shipments to national accounts. Additionally, you will manage the logistics team, which is responsible for our in-house fleet and coordination with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
Lead projects to improve warehouse layout, flow, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and overall productivity.
Analyze damage, spillage, errors, delays, and other operational losses and implement sustainable solutions.
Improve packaging specifications and processes to reduce damage and spillage during handling and transport.
Identify opportunities to improve picking and packing speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Evaluate and introduce appropriate modern warehousing systems, technology, automation, or working methods.
Lead improvements for high-volume, small-parcel fulfillment operations.
Develop scalable processes that can support future growth in e-commerce order volume.
Oversee and improve fleet operations, driver management, route planning, vehicle utilization, and transport costs.
Identify and address gaps affecting delivery reliability, efficiency, and cost.
Develop systems and processes for stronger fleet supervision and performance management.
Review and improve the company’s use of in-house and third-party logistics providers.
Lead or contribute to warehouse development and expansion projects, including site evaluation, space planning, costing, renovation, setup, and operational readiness.
Experience in starting up, relocating, or significantly redesigning a warehouse is highly preferred.
Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in warehousing within the FMCG or similar industries, overseeing at least 75 personnel, with a solid background in distribution management.
Proven experience in handling both bulk customer warehousing and high-volume small orders (e-commerce) distribution or fulfillment operations is required.
Excellent at strategic planning, preparing for peak periods, and anticipating future needs for growth and expansion.
Experience in personal care, food, pharma, or other industries with sensitive supply chains is a plus.
Demonstrated experience leading significant warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics improvement projects, with measurable results in areas such as cost reduction, productivity, damage reduction, service level improvement, packaging, warehouse layout, picking and packing efficiency, or process redesign.
Strong faith-driven leadership, living out personal values with integrity, and demonstrating compassion for others in the workplace.
Ability to manage conflict with maturity and professionalism, while remaining hands‑on and detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members. Effective in managing stakeholders and teams across different levels, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and strong performance throughout the organization.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Preferably based in Laguna, with the ability to work 3-4 times a week at the southern sites and 1-2 times a week in Quezon City.
