Overview

Warehouse Inbound Lead - SCommerce (Bacolod). Location: Bacolod, Philippines. This role is part of Shopee Manila operations and supports inbound processes within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all KPI and targets are achieved
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Continuously improve SOPs to drive efficiency and productivity for end-to-end inbound process
• Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Willing to work in Davao

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably has 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
