• Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• File and organize documents for easy retrieval.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Encoder to join our team at BGC Mitsukoshi Mall. The ideal candidate already has experience in warehouse encoding, inventory documentation, and administrative warehouse tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately encoding warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring that inventory and documentation are properly updated.

Responsibilities

• Encode and update inventory data accurately and promptly.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain warehouse documents and records.

• Encode receiving, releasing, transfers, returns, and other warehouse transactions.

• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before encoding.

• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work on-site at Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC.

• Can work independently and as part of a team.
