About the role

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Encoder to join our warehousing and distribution team in Davao City. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility in Davao del Sur. As a Warehouse Encoder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse operations. This position is essential to our supply chain efficiency and directly supports our commitment to delivering quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately recording and inputting warehouse transaction data into the inventory management system
• Processing incoming and outgoing shipment documentation with precision and attention to detail
• Verifying product information, quantities, and codes against shipping documents and physical inventory
• Maintaining organised and legible records of all warehouse movements and transactions
• Assisting with stock-taking activities and conducting regular inventory audits
• Updating warehouse management systems in real-time to reflect current stock levels
• Flagging discrepancies and reporting inaccuracies to warehouse supervisors promptly
• Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Preparing reports on warehouse activities and inventory status as required
• Adhering to all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
