About the role

Daily Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Encoder for Supermarket to join our team on a full-time basis at our Cubao location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our retail operations. As an Encoder, you will be responsible for inputting and managing critical product and transaction data that supports our daily supermarket functions. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our checkout systems, inventory management, and overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input product information, pricing, and promotional data into the supermarket management system
• Process point-of-sale transactions and ensure all data entry is completed with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain updated inventory records and product databases to reflect stock levels and availability
• Assist in managing barcode scanning and product coding procedures to ensure accurate item identification
• Generate and review reports to identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies
• Support the checkout and customer service teams by ensuring system data is current and accessible
