Job summary

JC Premiere Business International Inc in Taguig, Metro Manila, is looking for a Data/Operations Coordinator who will manage, organize, and control project documents to ensure accuracy, filing, and regulatory compliance.

You will encode and maintain operational data across sales, inventory, and deliveries; verify data from departments; prepare reports; coordinate with store/warehouse teams; and uphold data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; report preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Encode, update, and maintain operational data (sales, inventory, deliveries, etc.).
• Verify and validate data from different departments before entering into the system.
• Perform daily checks of Sales orders/DR to ensure no missing, duplicated, or incorrect entries.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (sales, variances, inventory, KPI).
• Consolidate data from multiple internal, logistics, e-commerce and releasing team.
• Support management with ad hoc reports as needed.
• Highlight data inconsistencies or unusual trends to supervisors.
• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for missing or corrected data.
• Ensure sensitive operational data is protected.
• Follow company policies on data handling, retention, and privacy standards.
