• Supervises all operations to meet business needs and profitability.

• Leads cross-dock operations, ensuring contract compliance and performance updates.
• Coordinates transport and forwarding activities to support store delivery fulfilment.
• Engages in new business opportunities for warehouse and distribution.
• Produces daily profitability analyses and KPI reporting.
• Ensures revenue invoicing and cost payments are handled accurately.
• Promotes a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility, and cost awareness.
• Implements safety and security standards and annual emergency plans.
