Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees cross-dock transport service and contract/account management.
• Supervises operations to meet cost, quality, and performance targets in coordination with transport and forwarding activities.
• Drives profitability analysis and KPI reviews daily.
• Coordinates with internal units to develop sustainable initiatives and new opportunities.
