The Moment Group is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Makati to oversee daily warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch and delivery. You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate with 3PLs, and generate KPI reports using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution operations.
• Experience in FMCG, food, cold storage, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, staging, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and system-to-physical checks.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and safe product handling.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and record warehouse transactions using WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and KPI reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor delivery and dispatch performance and elevate operational issues or discrepancies.
• Support 5S, warehouse safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Operations on warehouse and logistics requirements.

• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and warehouse transactions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.

• Knowledge of 5S, warehouse safety, and proper product handling.

• Strong coordination, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
