Job summary

Sumitronics Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Laguna/Calamba area. The role involves monitoring incoming/outgoing transactions, coordinating with 3rd-party warehouse teams, and ensuring documents and WMS records are accurate and updated.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work on shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1 year of warehouse operation experience and willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and coordinating all incoming/outgoing transactions (parts/FGs).
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse ASV or Team Leader on all related warehouse transactions.
• Ensures that all documents are tallied based on the dispatching documents before subcon transfer.
• Ensures that all WMS system transactions are updated and confirmed daily.
• Checks and validates the actual condition of Incoming/Outgoing transactions and abnormalities reported by the 3rd-party warehouse personnel.
• Cascade to all concerned department/section (Logistics/EMS/Warehouse/Subcon) with all the critical information related to operations through text message and e-mail.
• Report immediately to superior any abnormalities encountered in delivery and in the warehouse.
• To perform any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
