Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, audits, and optimizing space for efficiency, while leading a team and coordinating with Supply Chain and Logistics.

The ideal candidate has a background in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and experience with WMS and Excel, with a commitment to health, safety, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery of products.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments for operational alignment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare operational reports, warehouse performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Qualification & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

Experience Handling Warehouse Personnel And Operational Processes Is Preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
