Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, put-away, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatching to ensure accurate, timely delivery of customer orders with inventory accuracy.

You will operate warehouse equipment, perform stock counts, verify orders, and maintain records while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least Vocational Graduate or College Level.
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Perform receiving activities, including unloading, checking, and put-away of incoming stocks.
• Ensure timely and accurate storage of products to make inventory readily available for customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist in the movement and handling of stocks within the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory-related activities, including stock counting, reconciliation, and inventory maintenance.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of picked orders prior to dispatch.
• Support dispatching activities to ensure timely release and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to warehouse transactions and inventory movements.
• Adhere to warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
