Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Asia, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Sta. Rosa, Philippines. You will oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, KPI achievement, and adherence to Quality Management Systems. Strong leadership, problem solving and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Monitor productivity and drive KPIs for order fulfillment and service levels.
Maintain processes compliant with Quality Management Systems and regulatory standards.
Lead, coach and develop warehouse personnel for high performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor space utilization and proper storage of temperature-sensitive items.
Investigate variances and process deviations; implement corrective actions.
Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and perform regular inspections.
Prepare operational reports and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
