Job summary

Phoenagon Trading Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and preparation of pharmaceutical products for dispatch.

The role requires being organized, detail-oriented, physically capable, and disciplined in following warehouse procedures. You will work closely with the Warehouse Officer and other team members to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and other warehouse activities.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately handle inventory records.
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow established procedures.
• Able to work effectively with a team.
• Willing to work in a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and unloading incoming inventory shipments.
• Verify, organize, and properly store received products.
• Ensure products are placed in their designated storage locations.
• Perform order picking and packing based on dispatch instructions.
• Prepare products and documents for dispatch and delivery.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organized storage areas.
• Support inventory monitoring, stock checking, and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain proper documentation of warehouse activities.
• Follow established procedures for the proper handling and movement of pharmaceutical products.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or other operational concerns to the Warehouse Officer.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

About the Role
