Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, put-away, inventory management, and dispatch in Laguna, Philippines. You will help ensure accurate, safe, and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

The role requires a Vocational Graduate or College Level, 6–12 months of warehouse experience, basic computer literacy, and good communication to work with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least Vocational Graduate or College Level.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist receiving activities including unloading, checking, and put-away.
• Support order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory movements.
• Verify accuracy of picked orders prior to dispatch.
• Support dispatching activities for on-time delivery.
• Adhere to warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
