Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in San Fernando, Philippines, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch of products.

You will drive operational efficiency, maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, GDPMDD and other regulations, lead warehouse personnel, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service level commitments while keeping a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and drive the achievement of operational KPIs, including order fulfillment and service level targets.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes that comply with Quality Management Systems, GSDP, GDPMDD, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage and handling of products, including temperature-sensitive items.
• Investigate inventory variances, process deviations, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
