Job summary

Farmacia Elizabeth is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support accurate and efficient handling of pharmacy inventory. The role focuses on receiving, labeling, storing, and preparing medications and products for delivery, while maintaining strict FEFO practices and inventory accuracy.

You will work closely with pharmacists and warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation, safe handling, and timely order fulfillment for customers and branches.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, label, organize, and properly store medications and other pharmacy products.
• Check product name, quantity, batch/lot number, expiration date, and physical condition to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices and follow procedures for medication handling and storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to customers and branches.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies, damaged products, expired items, or other concerns.
• Handle medications and pharmacy products responsibly to maintain quality.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and instructions related to handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in receiving and dispatching branch deliveries and ensure products are properly documented.
• Work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, delivery personnel, and other warehouse team members.
• Take initiative in identifying and reporting inventory, storage, or operational issues that may affect efficiency.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
