Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a warehouse assistant in Pasig City. The role involves checking shipments, verifying quantities and product details, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will coordinate with forklift operators and supervisors and help with cycle counts and storage safety.

Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, with a preference for those with warehouse experience, basic Excel skills, and reliability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate required; college level is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory checking is preferred.
• Must be able to count accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming/outgoing shipments against receipts, invoices, and documents.
• Verify product quantity, code, batch number, and expiration date where applicable.
• Inspect for damages or discrepancies and report findings to supervisor.
• Maintain records of checked items and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors on inventory concerns.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Ensure proper handling/storage of products and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery receipts, invoices, pick lists, and other warehouse documents.
• Ensure the correctness of product quantity, quality, item code, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable).
• Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and immediately report findings to the supervisor.
• Perform receiving and dispatch checking activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of checked items and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and supervisors regarding inventory concerns.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products within the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• College level is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory checking, logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to details.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving warehouse stocks when necessary.
• Can work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.
• Honest, reliable, and with good communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to any warehouse location as needed.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
