Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a warehouse associate in Calabarzon. The role involves receiving, verifying, and documenting shipments, picking and packing materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy using SAP 4/Hana.

You will support labeling, storage, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth material flow. The position requires a high school diploma, basic warehouse experience, and readiness to start immediately with government requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is advantageous.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Willing to be assigned in Maunong, Calamba Laguna; able to start immediately with government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.
• Assist in the proper labeling and storage of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments (Ops, Inventory, Quality) for material flow and issue resolution.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office tools: Excel for logs, Word for forms, Outlook for communications.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.
