About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Checker to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Bocaue, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems. As a Warehouse Checker, you will be responsible for verifying stock levels, inspecting goods, and ensuring that all warehouse operations meet our quality and safety standards. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular and systematic checks of warehouse inventory to verify stock accuracy against records and documentation

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and document findings appropriately

• Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory audits as required, recording results in the warehouse management system

• Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions

• Ensure all goods are properly stored, organised and accessible within the warehouse, maintaining clear labelling and signage

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all checking activities, including stock movements and inventory adjustments

• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors and other departments to resolve inventory issues and improve warehouse efficiency

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, with demonstrated experience in inventory checking or stock verification

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer systems, including data entry and record-keeping applications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a warehouse setting, with a commitment to maintaining safe working practices

• Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to work flexible hours if required by operational needs
